Problems with MySQL Connection

Greetings,

I have managed to connect to my database (MySQL) using your guide (Create DSN for MySQL). Now i have the following problem in Report Server. When i try to 
create a DataSet using my test data source i cannot see the tables of my database on the left side of the screen to work with (queries work normally, for example "select * from table1 returns all results when i execute). I would like to see the tables of my db like i see them when i use one of your sample dbs like "Adventure Works".

Also I have another question. Let's say my database refers to companies (with a unique company id each). Am I able to set a value to each of my user - company so that each of them can see only the data that refer to them when they build their reports?

Currently, we provided full-fledged query designer option only for SQL Server datasource in our web report designer. As of now we don’t have the Query designer support for other datasources. We will consider this as a feature and logged a feature request on this. It can be included in any of our upcoming release.
Also I have another question. Let's say my database refers to companies (with a unique company id each). Am I able to set a value to each of my user - company so that each of them can see only the data that refer to them when they build their reports?	We already have plan to achieve your requirement in the below workflow,  add the option into the user profile and the administrator can update the company-id to the users within the Report Server. While rendering the Reports, the company-id will be applied as default filter to all the reports. We will consider this as a feature request and it will be included in any of our upcoming Report Server releases.
