PDFViewer won't display

Question

I am following the instructions from the knowledge base (pictured below) .The problem is every time I get this error. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Hi Caleb,Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.We are unable to reproduce the issue “The application is entered in break mode while creating the PdfViewerControl using the mentioned code snippet in the UG documentation”.
