Starting in 2019, the Reporting control is no longer included in Essential Studio®. If you're experiencing issues with the Syncfusion Reporting Platform, Report Viewer, Report Designer, or Report Writer, we recommend migrating to Bold Reports, our dedicated reporting platform.

Bold Reports offers a comprehensive suite of tools and features for all your reporting needs, and we will help you make a smooth transition from the discontinued control. Our support team at https://support.boldreports.com/ is here to assist you with any questions or difficulties you may encounter during the migration process.

We thank you for choosing Syncfusion and appreciate your understanding.

Zoom buttons and Toolbar Customisation

I would like to add a Zoom combo and buttons to the SfReportViewer toolbar for a UWP desktop application as it appears to be missing.
The documentation says "supports exporting, paging, zooming and printing the report." and "Customization - You can customize the control appearance."
By examining the Live Visual Tree, I can add controls to the StackPanel who's name is"PART_NavigationBar" once the viewer is displayed.
Is there a better way to add the zoom functionality and customise the toolbar?
And how do you access the zoom programmatically?
Regards Adrian

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion Components.

Currently, we don’t have exposed any public API’s for accessing zoomfactor values of the report viewer and we are having support to zoom the reportviewer control using double tapping  the mouse. We will consider to provide public API for accessing zoomfactor values in any of our upcoming releases. However, we have already exposed “ShowNavigationBar” to hide the toolbar and other necessary API to perform toolbar action in application level. You can hide the default toolbar of ReportViewer and add custom toolbar based on your requirement. Please find the below report viewer sample with customized toolbar.
