Q1) In the Toolbox i found nothing about Syncfusion
A1) Please follow the steps provided in below KB article and let us know whether the toolbox was configured successfully or not.

Q2) no Sample is able to compile. I use VS2017
A2) If you have installed the setup by disabling the “
Register Syncfusion Assemblies in GAC*, Syncfusion assemblies will not be installed in GAC and hence samples will not be compiled.
Follow the steps suggested in the below documentation link and install the Syncfusion Essential Studio assemblies in GAC. Once the Syncfusion assemblies are installed in GAC you could able to compile the samples
