Hi Brian,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Find below the responses for your queries.

Q1) In the Toolbox i found nothing about Syncfusion

A1) Please follow the steps provided in below KB article and let us know whether the toolbox was configured successfully or not.

https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/7508/how-to-configure-syncfusion-controls-in-visual-studio-toolbox

If still toolbox is not configured, please share us the following details. It would be helpful for us to analyze the reported issue.

1. Zip file generated by our tool which contains complete Syncfusion installer log by the following steps suggested in below knowledge base article link.

http://www.syncfusion.com/support/kb/2331

2. Screen shot of the Visual Studio 2017 “About” window.

3. List of platforms for which Syncfusion Controls not configured in toolbox.

Q2) no Sample is able to compile. I use VS2017

A2) If you have installed the setup by disabling the “Register Syncfusion Assemblies in GAC*, Syncfusion assemblies will not be installed in GAC and hence samples will not be compiled.

Follow the steps suggested in the below documentation link and install the Syncfusion Essential Studio assemblies in GAC. Once the Syncfusion assemblies are installed in GAC you could able to compile the samples
