Get table cells coordinates

Hi!1)I have Table with some rows and cells/I need draw line from some cell to any coordinates.Can I nake it with this tool?2) Can I draw not simple line but arrow?

Could you please confirm us whether you need a solution for the query asked in this forum. If so, the query raised in classic version of ASP.Net MVC Diagram Product. We have an newer version of ASP.Net MVC Diagram Product.  
The newer version provides several advantages over the classic edition including being purely client side rendered HTML5/JavaScript controls, offers better performance and provides better support for touch interactivity.
Please confirm us whether we can provide a solution in newer version of MVC for the query raised in this thread. If not, please share us more details such as elaborate your requirement in detail.
