We can reproduce the reported two fingers gesture was not working for the horizontal scrolling from our end. But this is not an issue and it was the framework behavior. Since framework allows the horizontal scrolling of the two fingers gesture when it was in focus otherwise it doesn’t allow. Your reported issue will be resolved if any of the row is selected in the grid or focus set to the grid. For your reference, we have attached the POC sample which we have used to confirm this in framework by creating the simple application using framework elements. Please find the sample from the below and you could not scroll horizontally by two fingers gesture but it will works when it focused.
