After upload, panel is not refreshed

After succesfully uploading a file, nothing happens.

I have the beforeGetImage property set, but it wont get hit, I have to push the refresh button before seeing my uploaded file

We have checked the reported problem, but we are unable to reproduce. In our FileExplorer component when we upload the file, it will automatically refresh the UI not necessary to refresh manually. We suspect that you may customize the beforeUpload method or any other customization in FileExplorer. Please check the below sample.

If issue persists, please revert the sample with replication procedure or else provide the code block for rendering FileExplorer component.
