Is it possible, after merging image to field change the size of image?

Thank you for your update.

Yes, it is possible to change the size of image after merging image to field using DocIO. We suggest you to use MergeImageField event and get the images (WPicture) after performing mail merge. By using WPicture instance, change the size of the picture. For your reference we have prepared a sample which illustrates the same and please find the sample from the below location:
