Winform version won't maximize

Hello I have tried talking to live support staff and basically got to a dead end with no response.  I have a problem with the metroform not the editor but the form if I use the theme in my c# application switching : Form to :Metroform using the syncfusion.windows. forms the maximize button doesn't maximize the window it causes the window to collapse or the buttons  disappear and  move to the left side of the screen only button the works well is the close button the miniMize button has its times as well this happens tonce the demo forms in the control as well can some one help

We have checked the reported “Maximize causes the window to collapse or the buttons disappear” in our Metro Form, but we were unable to reproduce the reported issue. We have also prepared the sample and video for your reference. Window move to the left side of the screen may be appear due to MaximumSize set for MetroForm. Maximum size restrict Maximized window to full view and locate the window from left side of the screen to it Maximum size. You have mentioned “use the theme in my C# application switching: Form to: Metroform”, please share more details about how you have perform Switching from Form to MetroForm. Please get back to us with more details like sample or modify the above sample to reproduce the issue.  This would help us to provide the solution at earliest.

Hello I was able to fix the problem right after my response.It seems to be a conflict with the TeamViewer Quick connect Title Bar button I have attached the result
