HTML rendering in Report designer

Hello,
i have read in this website, that i can use HTML for rendering my Report using the designer.
but i have not yet succeded implementing it.
i want to add this sample on the top of me report, and then replace the text with expressions

Hi Namec, 

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion components. 

We have analyzed your report, it has “White” text color and background color for div element, currently we don’t have support for background color to the “div” tag element in our current source. The text is not visible while displayed in the report since background color is not considered. We have confirmed this improvement and it will be implemented in our upcoming 2018 Volume1 release which is expected to be available in the month of February, 2018.
