Generate Legal pleading documents

Hi, 

I am trying to generate legal pleading documents with DOCIO control. attaching the sample for pleading document template. I tried a couple of ways, but the line numbers and lines (double line on the left-hand side and a single line on the right-hand side) are not generating after document generated. 

I tried with the template and also updating the existing document with HTML content. The result is same in both the cases.

can you please help me a way to generate the legal pleading document with content generated in HTML format along with line numbers and lines preserved at sides.

We have tried to reproduce the mentioned line numbers and lines preservation issue with the given details. For your reference, we have attached the sample which we were tried to reproduce the issue by adding HTML content in the input template document (https://templates.office.com/en-us/Legal-pleading-paper-28-lines-TM03992040 ) and also in the Word document which was created using Essential DocIO.
