Read and Write data into csv file using XlslO

Respected Sir/Mam',

                                  I was trying to read csv file and write data into same file but I can't do that in asp.net mvc application. I created project into visual studio 2015. Is there any way to do same. I'm very thankfull for helping me for this problem. If there are any example for same then please share with me.
