Empty value

Before thanks you for all your support.
I have need rewrite my code and I have decided to use now ASPCORE despit of ASP.NET MVC5

I have successfull resolved some issues but I fail with this :

The value in Insert/Update is null.. :(

Could you please check my code in attachment and say where is my error?
