Tabbed Page inside the NavigationDrawer

How can i implement the opposed of this article:how-to-add-navigationdrawer-inside-the-tabbed-page

I need navigation drawer to be outside the tabbed page. Is it even possible in xamarin forms?

Hi Kamal,

NavigationDrawrer control is a ContentView control and Currently we don’t have support to add “Tabbed page inside the NavigationDrawer” as TappedPage, since we can add only to a ContentPage. We have added it to our feature request list.

This feature will be available in any of our upcoming release.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Currently we are working on the priority feature list and unfortunately we do not have the plan to implement “Tabbed page inside the NavigationDrawer” feature as of now. Since we have added it to our feature request list it will be available in any of our upcoming releases.

Since the NavigationDrawer control is ContentView control, the existing users impact this case if we move to ContentPage. Due to complexity,  we will analyze the feasibility on this  and include in any of our upcoming  main releases.

Currently, we don’t have direct support for page navigation in SfNavigationDrawer. So, we have already logged this as a feature request, and you can track the status of this feature implement through below link,

Please cast your vote to make it count. We will prioritize the features every release based on the demands, and we do not have an immediate plan to implement this feature since we committed with already planned work. So, this feature will be available in any of our upcoming releases.
