Compatibility Issue

I have managed to successfully add the following assemblies as references to use SfDataGrid control in my application:

Syncfusion.Data.UWP
Syncfusion.SfGrid.UWP
Syncfusion.SfInput.UWP
Syncfusion.SfShared.UWP
Syncfusion.XlsIO.UWP

However I keep getting a compatibility error when adding the following assemblies:

Syncfusion.SfGridConverter.UWP

Error:
Package Syncfusion.SfGridConverter.UWP46 15.4.0.17 is not compatible with uap10.0.10240 (UAP,Version=v10.0.10240) / win10-x86-aot. Package Syncfusion.Pdf.UWP46 15.4.0.17 supports: uap10.0 (UAP,Version=v10.0)

Error:
Package Syncfusion.Pdf.UWP46 15.4.0.17 is not compatible with uap10.0.10240 (UAP,Version=v10.0.10240) / win10-x86-aot. Package Syncfusion.Pdf.UWP46 15.4.0.17 supports: uap10.0 (UAP,Version=v10.0)

What could be the issue?

Hi Elisha, 
We are tried to reproduce the compatibility issue in VisualStudio 2015 but we are unable to reproduce the reported issue in our side. For your reference we have attached the tested video in below mentioned location. 
 
Please share your machine, VisualStudio and SDK configuration details also please confirm us how you are adding the Assemblies in your project, adding the assemblies from installed location or nuget packages that will be helpful to resolve the issue at earliest.
