MVC extention showing only admin login

when windows login as user cannot create an mvc project.But login as an administrator only can

Hi Safeena,

Currently we are checking and trying to reproduce the issue in our end.

In the meantime, please share the below details to us.

1. Are you able to use other project templates in different use accounts(Admin and User)?

2. Whether the user account has enough permission to create the projects from Visual Studio?

3. Short video which reproducing the issue.

4. Let us know whether project template is working fine in Visual Studio with administrator privileges or not.

It would be much helpful for us to check the issue and provide the solution at the earlier.
