Task.Delay doesn't seem to give accurate wait time

  Hi,

Based on a "time" delay, I am trying to change the value of the range of SfCircularGauge. However, I see that there is a longer delay. I'm not sure where the issue lies.

Usually in order to change the value based on a time-delay, which approach do you take to ensure there is an accurate wait?

Thanks and regards,
John

Hi John,

Query: Task.Delay doesn't seem to give accurate wait time

We have prepared sample based on your query. We have added gauge in which Pointers collection values are dynamically updated using device timer and Range values are updated using Task.Delay. Please download the sample from the below link,

http://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/support/directtrac/general/ze/AnimationGauge1478494522

Since we are not aware of the exact scenario,we would like to know the following details, inorder to provide the solution sooner

-Modify the existing sample to replicate your scenario
-Or provide your sample with replication procedure

Please let us know whether the given sample resolves your query.
