Sorry for the inconvenience.
We suggest to remove the ‘localhost’ hostname and bind IP address in IIS as below,
Please follow the below steps to remove the hostname,
- Open IIS and select the site in which the dashboard server installed machine.
- Click on “Bindings” and select the binding and click on “Edit” as shown below,
- In the below dialog, remove the hostname as “localhost” and select the appropriate IP address and then click OK button.
- Then restart the site and check it.
If it works, then ensure whether the Site URL is same as the hosted Syncfusion dashboard server URL by following the below steps,
- Login into the Syncfusion Dashboard server with your credentials.
- Click on “Settings” and then under the site settings tab, change the URL which has been bounded with IP address as below to render the dashboards,
- Then save the above changes and then render the dashboards.
Note: While access the site in mobile, please make sure the mobile and the Dashboard server installed machine must be connected in same network.
If you are still facing this issue, please provide an error logs from the below locations to analyze on this.
