HTTP Error 400. The request hostname is invalid.

Hi Support Team,

After installation of Dashboard Server , I only manage to connect using http://localhost:54806 but when i try to connect by using ip add i got HTTP Error 400. On my end i event get my firewall passthru port no 54806.

Please advice my if i might left certain parts of the installation or during the automatic installer installation does not complete.
My setup using Notebook i7 - 12GB RAM and my OS Windows 10 , IIS . 

I look to test using my Iphone using standards apps from Syncfusion Dashboard Mobile .

Sorry for the inconvenience.   
   
We suggest  to remove the ‘localhost’ hostname and bind IP address in IIS as below,   
   
Please follow the below steps to remove the hostname,   
  1. Open IIS and select the site in which the dashboard server installed machine.
   
   
   
  1. Click on “Bindings” and select the binding and click on “Edit” as shown below,
   
   
   
  1. In the below dialog, remove the hostname as “localhost” and select the appropriate IP address and then click OK button.
   
    
   
  1. Then restart the site and check it.
   
If it works, then ensure whether the Site URL is same as the hosted Syncfusion dashboard server URL by following the below steps,   
   
  1. Login into the Syncfusion Dashboard server with your credentials.
   
   
   
  1. Click on “Settings” and then under the site settings tab, change the URL which has been bounded with IP address as below to render the dashboards,
   
   
  1. Then save the above changes and then render the dashboards.
   
Note: While access the site in mobile, please make sure the mobile and the Dashboard server installed machine must be connected in same network.   
   
If you are still facing this issue, please provide an error logs from the below locations to analyze on this.    
    
C:\Syncfusion\Dashboard Server\DashboardServer.Web\App_Data\Logs     
    
C:\Syncfusion\Dashboard Server\DashboardServer.Web\DashboardService\ErrorLog
