How to deal with large PDF documents?

Hi,

I am trying to handle some large pdf documents, 3000+ pages) and 150+ mb filesize. Loading the document into PDFLoadedDocument takes a very long time. Performing operations on the pages takes very long time compared to handling smaller files (like 300 pages).

Any advise on how to deal with it? Or is it a bug?

Just getting the number of pages and the metadata takes a very long time.

Hi Johannes, 

We have tried the sample to getting the number of pages and the metadata from the input PDF document provided by you. The PDF document takes the time less than one second only.
