Populating edit dialog

Hi,When I edit the card, I am opening a dialogtemplate.In the dialog, I have an unordered list that I need to populate based on the card's key.I'm trying to use ej.DataManager but I can't get the syntax right to get the data from mvc controller back to the dialog.Please help!Thank you!
