NuoDb support

Hello,
It could be interesting to have support for this elastic SQL Database.
Tried to connect using ODBC driver but dashboard designer would not find tables nor views.

Still we have not yet confirmed the Elastic SQL support completely in our Dashboard Designer through ODBC connectivity. We will let you know the details once we ensure the Elastic SQL support.
