After Servicepack installation offline samples are not accessible

Hi to all,
after i upgraded the Installed Version of Essential Studio 15.3.0.26 to 15.3.0.33 I can't access the offline samples in the syncfusion control panel.
But at the disk the samples already available. 

Did anyone know how we get back the access in the control panel?

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

As per our records, you have downloaded the Essential Studio Enterprise Edition – Binaries setup alone in v15.3.0.33. But, in the Essential Studio Enterprise Edition - Binaries setup, we are providing the binaries alone. Offline samples will not be present in the Essential Studio Enterprise Edition – Binaries setup. If you require the offline samples, then please download and install the corresponding platforms setup in v15.3.0.33 from the following link.

Q) But at the disk the samples already available

A) We suspect that you have wrongly seen the v15.3.0.26 samples. If still you have seen the v15.3.0.33 samples, please share us the screen shot of the samples along with the location.

If you still have any issues in finding the offline samples even after installing the platform setup, follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of complete Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool. It would be much helpful for us to analyze the reported issue.
