Difference between SfDataGrid and SfTreeGrid

Hello, it will be great if there is blog post highlighting the differences SfDataGrid and SfTreeGrid with some use case scenarios. 

By default everyone tends to go to SfDataGrid. In use case scenarios where there is no requirement of inline CRUD operations, would SfTreeGrid be a better option. Additionally would it be lighter in terms of memory usage etc?
