Unauthorized Access - Access to all users is Enabled - Created new Account - Can't access the default integration application

I've installed the Data Integration Platform (with UMS) and successfully created the initial user account on first visit to the User Management Server .

I'm attempting to create other accounts so others in my team can access the Data Integration Platform.

Access to all users is Enabled for the Application


On trying to use another account, the message received is this, displayed within the context of "https://ourservername:60017/dataintegration/"

Hi Paul, 

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support. 

Reported issue has arised as the user does not have permission to access the Data Integration Platform. To grant access to the user please login the Data Integration Platform with your admin user credentials (initial user account created on first visit to the User Management Server) and grant access permission to the corresponding user.

Got too carried away with the initial account works just fine....

So, you have to import the accounts from the UMS, then give them read/view access to the Data Integration Platform.

Working fine now..
