On first scroll Listview bounces back every view items instead of smooth scrolling

I have a pretty simple ListView with Images in each cell. I observe a strange behaviour:

On the very first scroll scrolling stocks for a moment with a short bounce back of the ListView. 

After I have scrolled completely through the List I can srcoll up and down smooth and fast.

Any idea?
