Two way binding

I am following the example in the docs, but I cannot get the radio button to bind back to the view model when the user changes the selection.
Any idea where I should change the example to get this working?

Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We have checked with you query “that following the sample in docs, cannot bind the radio button to view model” and unable to reproduce the issue from our end. For your convenience, we have created a sample as per in the documentation and attached in the below link. Please check it.

If your requirement is two-way-binding, then we inform you that there is no support for two-way-binding for radio button. Also, we will consider this as a feature and will be included in our next release.

If we misunderstood your query, then please get back to us with more details along with an issue reproducing sample (if possible) so that we can provide the exact solution as per your requirement.

Regards,

Prem Kumar. M

From your docs:

Check Below code example to know about two way binding

How can you have radio buttons without two-way binding?  Does the regular javascript library have a similar restriction?

We have checked with your query and found the mistake in our documentation. we will  correct the mistake in our documentation, soon. As mentioned in our last update currently the two-way binding support for ejRadioButton has not provided. We have considered this as a feature and will be included in our next release. Was this added in the new release?  I don't see anything in the release notes.

Hi Eric,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The two-way binding support for ejRadioButton is not included in the latest Essential Studio Volume 4, 2017 release (v15.4.0.17). This feature will be included in the next Volume 1, 2018 release. We appreciate your patience until then.
