Change Icon on SfTabItem on Hover or Click

Ok, on to the next item.
Now that I am showing the Icons of which I have two per tab.  On/Off respectively.  I'd like to change the Icon to On when tab Item is hovered over and On when clicked.  Needless to say I would need to change others to Off Icon.   Does SfTab support Hover and Click? eventes?
