Word to pdf but some chinese lost

Doc to pdf but some chinese lost like Chinese Number,and I have installed Office.


And this is my code.


I‘m not sure whether it is font reason, is there any way to solve it, Thank you!

And I have uploaded the word to the attachment

We are unable to reproduce the mentioned “Chinese text lost in Word to PDF conversion” issue with the given details. We have attached the input document with font used and resultant PDF generated at our end and please find it from below link.

Note: We have tested the reported issue in our latest version “15.3.0.26”. So, kindly ensure the reported issue in this version, and let us know whether the same issue reproduced or not.

If you’re still facing the same issue means, then kindly provide the following details to reproduces the mentioned issue at our end:

     1. Input Word document, and font used.
     2. Resultant PDF.
     3. Product version of Essential Studio.

Sorry. i use the font but i still have same issue.
