Security for Xamarin Pdf documents

Is there security support for the pdf component for xamarin?

.... looking at the documentation here:

... but there doesn't seem to be a PdfSecurity class for the pdf assembly in xamarin?

... just looking for a way to prevent the pdf from being edited after it's created.

Currently we don’t have encryption and decryption support in Xamarin platform, we have already logged a feature request for Need to add Encryption and Decryption support in PDF document in Xamarin platform. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases. We usually have an interval of at least three months between releases. The feature implementation would also greatly depend on the factors such as product design, code compatibility and complexity. Please log on to our support website to check for further updates:

... is there a link to the ticket for the feature that was logged - would like to keep track.

If using pdf generation for invoicing (a pretty common requirement) - being able to lock the pdf for editing is pretty important.
