In the mail merge example you've created for letters each letter doesn't start on a new page. Can you update the template to show it's possible. If a template (.dotx) is created in MS Word it's clear that the content of the template is used for each distinct print out. The example you've provided shows one continuous document without each distinct letter starting on a new page.
