I just installed Dashboard Platforma and Report Platform and I noticed that user avatars aren't sync from Active Directory? Is this a bug or such feature doesn't exists. If not please consider adding it.

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.  
Sorry for the inconvenience, we don't have support for importing/synchronizing the avatar of Active Directory users. 
We already have planned and logged a Feature Request for this and it can be available in our upcoming Dashboard Server release.

thank You for making feature request for this. Should I also create second ticket for Report Platform of will this be added to both Your products?

There is no need to raise a ticket for the report platform. We are considering this feature for both Dashboard and Report platform.
