Web Data Source Not Getting Updated

I followed this tutorial to configure my data agent update:
https://help.syncfusion.com/dashboard-platform/dashboard-designer/extracting-live-data

This is the result:
It's set to update each 1 minute
My data published in database:

I'm monitoring, my local WebService (through break point visual studio) and the database created (Data2017xxxx)

My conclusion is that dataAgent is not updating my data because even my VS breakpoint fires or Data2017xxxx is updated.

Please give me some guidance to solve this problem.

Hi Hub,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

Could you please confirm whether you have DateTime column on the selected table? If yes, we had some known issues with date time column while running schedulers in Data Agent. We will fix it and provide you a custom build on coming Wednesday (21.6.2017).

Otherwise, please share us the following information to investigate the problem further at our end.
  1. Share scheduler name and  screen shot of Windows Task scheduler window to know the schedule status.
Open task scheduler window in your system and provide the screenshot like below.
  1. If possible, please make the Webservice URL publicly accessible with dummy/sample data and .sydx file then share it to us  with step-by-step replication procedure. It will help us to diagnose and fix the problem on our side at the earliest.

Regards,
Umapathy S.

Obs:
The task is not firing.
If I run it manually, the WebService works but database table becomes empty.
