Problems when accessing to the javascript API documentation

HI, i dont know if its me or everybody but since the last 2 months  i have issues to see the TOC in the Javascript api because it does not appear , now checking the network tab in my browset accoding to this i get this error  on the following url https://analytics.syncfusion.com/log/documentation

XML Parsing Error: no root element found
Location: https://analytics.syncfusion.com/log/documentation
Line Number 1, Column 1:

I have cleared cache, have check in many other IP adresses and still the same issue  do i have to  something or its a general error ?

Or is there some offline download for only the javascript API reference ?
