Value Converter On DateTime Axis In SfChart

Hi,
Is it possible to use a value converter on a datetime axis on the SfChart? I have a series with XBindingPath bound to a DateTime propery and need to use a value converter to adjust the time to local. I can't see an obvious way to do this in xaml.
