localize report parameter prompt

is there a way to localize the parameter prompt without changing it manually in the rdl file?

Currently, we don’t have an option to localize the parameter prompt content in report designer. Could you please confirm whether you need an option in report designer to localize the parameter prompt content. It will be helpful for us to provide the solution at the earliest.  
However, we have “SetParameters” option in reportviewer using this you can modify the parameter prompt content at code behind. We have prepared a sample based on this and it can be downloaded from the following location.

As of now, we don’t have option with our Report Platform to localize the report related elements with Report Designer itself. We have logged the feature for your requirement and it will be included in our any of upcoming release.
