SfTextBoxExtension Triggers

Question

Is it possible that Validation.HasError trigger is not included in SfTextBoxExt or am I missing something ? Are there other ways to trigger data validation errors using this control ? What I am trying to achieve is to receive an error from IDataErrorInfo and set error as a tooltip for SfTextBoxExt control.

We suspect that your requirement is to show the ToolTip based on the validation in SfTextBoxExt. We have prepared a simple sample based on your requirement in which we have displayed the ToolTip based on the property “Validation.HasError” and it can be downloaded from the below location.
