Change graph line color according to Y-axis value

Hello,

I want to know how to change the color of the graph line according to Y-axis value.
In the attached file you can see the example of what I need (the red line at the amplitude equal to 0).

In StepLineSeries, we don’t have any direct way to change the one direction of line color (In step line series, both horizontal and vertical line drawn for single point) according to y-axis value. 
However, we have achieved your requirement by plotting the LineSeries on desired amplitude value (YValue). 
We have prepared a demo sample for your requirement and it can be downloaded from below link,
