Choropleth Map: customize mouse-over text

Question

In the Choropleth map, is there a way to customize or edit the text presented when the mouse hovers over a country?

I am currently using the ISO code to link data to the shapes. This information is presented to the user when they hover the mouse over a country, but that information isn't relevant to them and can cause confusion.
