We are facing a unacceptable issue, I am changing value of allowganttchartediting from backed on conditional basis, but sometime even allowganttchartediting is false and i can not drag task but its still show drag icon on it.

We regret for the inconvenience caused.
We could reproduce the issue, displaying drag icon after dynamically update the value of “allowGanttChartEditing” property as false and we have confirmed this as bug and logged a report on this. The fix for the issue will be available in our upcoming main release Volume 2, 2017 which is expected to be out at the end of April 2017.
