Problem connecting to a MSSQL Database and MySQL

I have done some reading on NIFI but still cannot connect to any database attached error
Could you give me a step by step guide to connect to databases

Please follow the steps in the document to create the “DBCPconnectionpool” in Data Integration Platform to connect with SQL server.

Still the issue persists, please revert us the following details, 

• Scheduling time for the processor- Provided in the Scheduling tab in the configuration window.
• Logs of the Data Integration Platform from the below location.
• dataintegration-app.log  - <installedDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\logs\
• dataintegration-bootstrap.log  - <installedDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\logs\
• dataintegration-user.log  - <installedDrive>\Syncfusion\Data Integration\1.1.0.60\SDK\NIFI\logs\
