ejKanban Swimlane sorting

[Kanban]

I want unassignedGroup from swimlane  to display on top of all other swimlanes. I also want show alert message to show number of unassigned tasks above filter buttons. 

I have attached screenshot of requirement. Please review it and let me know solution for it.
