How to display dynamic data in a popup dialog

Hi Support:

We need to display a link inside our grid, that when is pressed, it will open the dialog control, and inside of it, we should embed  dynamic data that will come from an action method call.

Do you have a sample to populate a dialog with asp.net mvc http get method call.

And we have created a sample to render the hyperlink as a template column that can be download from below link

Hence provide the following details  

1.       Please confirm you need to render HyperLink or button. 

2.       Do you need perform AJAX post-back action when click the template column? 

3.       Confirm whether the dialog content has clicked row details or returned result data from server during the post-back.
