When starting with a blank datasource, or after removing all cards from a board it seems I can no longer add a new card.
First of all the showAddButton while set to true for a column is hidden by a message across the board that says "No cards to display"
Secondly if I create my own Add Button in the header and try to call kanbanObj.KanbanEdit.addCard(); I get "SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'Id' of undefined or null reference ej.web.all.min.js (10,4785510)"
