Syncfusion Compatibility Error

Hello,

I am using Syncfusion 10.2.0.56 versionin my web projects. I upgraded my asp.net project from .Net Framework 3.5 to .Net 4.0 and now i am getting run time error. It says "The base class includes the field 'gridPopup', but its type (Syncfusion.Web.UI.WebControls.Shared.WaitingPopup) is not compatible with the type of control (Syncfusion.Web.UI.WebControls.Shared.WaitingPopup).

Furthermore some syncfusion sontrols is not recognized by visual studio.

How can i handle this issue?

From the details provided, we suspect that the issue is due to conflicts between Syncfusion assemblies and .NET framework version. 

  

Please refer to following table 

.NET FrameWork	Syncfusion assemblies
3.5	10.2350.0.56
4	10.2400.0.56

  

Also, the following assemblies should be referred to work with Tools controls, 

  

• Syncfusion.Shared.Base,
• Syncfusion.Shared.Web,
• Syncfusion.Tools.Base,
• Syncfusion.Tools.Web.
