as far as I can understand from the documentation, Freezen Panes are only freezing top rows, is it correct? Is there anyway to freeze selected row(s) ?

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.
We have checked your query. In SfDataGrid, it is not possible to freeze the selected rows. Since it is not a valid use case in grid, we can’t consider and added your requirement as a feature in our feature list.

thanks for your reply. I understand but let me understand better. Is it true that I can only freeze top columns? I mean I have no chance to specify column to freeze?

Yes. In SfDataGrid, it is only possibleto freeze the top rows or the top columns and it is not possible to freeze any specific row or column.
