GridGrouping control - Error: Property Value is not valid

Question

Hello!

I have a grid grouping control which gets its data from an SQL server database table. All good until, for some reason, I cannot change the settings of the grid in the properties windows.

The error is Property values is not valid and in"Details" - Object reference not set to an instance of an object. It does that for any properties I try to change from the designer.

I attached the screen with the error and also the project in RAR format.
