Month names should be in nominative form

Hello,

when using SfSchedule control with locale 'cs-CZ' (czech language) month names are not displayed properly (also 'sk-SK' is not correct and probably all languages using nominative / genitive case).

For example for December 2016 it says "prosince 2016" (which is genitive) and it should say "Prosinec 2016" (=nominative).

You can also see the difference in size of first letter -> in form "1. prosince 2016" it should be small, however as nominativ it should use capital letter "Prosinec 2016".

I suspect that the problem could be connected with http://stackoverflow.com/questions/35795390/datetime-tostring-without-using-the-genitive-month-name

thank you
