Grid - Drag and Drop - Cursor incorrect

When dragging an item from a grid to an empty grid the drop cursor shows  a red circle with line indicating drop is not allowed even though it is and works

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support. 

 

We could see “Not Allowed” icon a red mark appears while hovering over the Pager of the Destination Grid which is the default behavior. This icon will disappear while the cursor gets into the Grid Content Area and therefore, you can able to drop the pick row (from source Grid) to the Destination Grid.  

 

Do you say this as an issue? Are you able to drop the row even if the “Not Allowed” icon appears (while hovering over the Pager)? Can you please update back the details on this along with following requested information? 

 

1)      Code example of the Grid 

2)      Screenshot or Video showing the issue 

3)      If possible, reproduce the issue in the given sample and share the link with us.
