Java Script - ejRibbon - Hide/Show Groups, Items

We are evaluating Syncfusion to possibly replace controls we are using right now.

One thing I noticed is that it seems I cannot Hide/Show ribbon tab groups and items

I see there is a method to hide and show tabs but I don't see anything for groups or items

Maybe I am missing something?
