How can I fire a function when clicking apply?

Additionally, how can I get the RGBA value when clicking apply?

To clarify my current use case

I am using:

select: function() {

 // Execute code block

}

The "select" event is only fired when I click apply AND the COLOR changes. If I ONLY change the opacity, the "select" event is not fired.
